I have a Honda P36B transmission that was brought into the shop for noisy differential bearings,(Bench)The transmission worked ok except for the noise. I disassembled transmission and did not find any problem. The bearings looked good but replaced them with new Honda Bearings Less steel kit and filters,
The problem now is the customer installed the unit and now it shifts 1-2 neutral. I have disassembled the transmission and do not see any problems. I air check the third clutch and it applies but when i install the third clutch assemble in the transmission and air check through the tube, air blows out at the spacer plate next to shift valve B. Is anybody familiar with these units because tech info is limited.
